Not for the inexperienced sewer - but no big deal. All the usual things a good seamstress has done hundreds of times, only less. You must be willing to work in tight spaces. The details fit together perfectly. The only problem with the pattern was that the instructions didn't explain how and when to add the nose. If you don't watch this carefully, you'll end up opening the suture to insert your nose. The result was excellent. I also felt that the eyes needed to be larger than I expected and the placement of the eyes on the stencil was slightly higher on the face. Just know and use your judgment.
