The first day of use, the whole bag leaked and I thought maybe I hadn't sealed it properly. Since then there doesn't appear to have been any leaks until recently and of course just after the return window closed. Now it keeps dripping when I drink from it and it makes noise like air is leaking even just sitting there. Never dropped or washed in the dishwasher. I have bought many of these mugs and thermos bottles from different brands and this is the first and only such leak. What a big disappointment. The only saving grace is that it keeps my drinks hot/warm well so I'll probably continue to use it at home but definitely not travel with it and will definitely avoid this brand in the future.
