I was looking for reusable paper decorations.

I bought these because I wanted to switch to more reusable birthday decorations instead of balloons. I used them for my son's 10th birthday. After the party I was able to fold and put away these decorations very easily for the next party. Hanging curls are made of plastic, but unlike balloons, they can be used over and over again. All other decorations are paper, they are colorful and cute.
