I bought a battered wine rack at the fair and was looking for a suitable wine rack because I have a couple of glasses that are too tall for my cupboards. The reviews on this almost stopped me, but I think some people made custom mistakes, or maybe it depends on the color you buy. I bought a white vintage rack. It was packed very well, with a seal, everything is whole. Comes with all screws and a hex key for tightening. I tightened everything by hand with this allen wrench. I had no trouble splitting the tree or anything. It also comes with mounting hardware, but I used my own because the screws seemed a little nifty and I didn't fiddle around using something to display glass. Took me a few minutes to assemble and hang it up. I reinforced it with some command strips because they weren't completely flush with my wall and I didn't want them to move when I pulled out the glasses. Overall I think this is a great product. It matches my decor and is easy to assemble. Don't let the bad reviews stop you if you think this will work for you!
