It's not that the keyboard itself is bad (everything is fine), but that the woman for some reason can't get it to work. She's not a dummy, but she's a person who's much happier when her computing devices just work and don't have to constantly play complicated pranks. There are two problems: It never seems to connect to your iPad. I can connect it to my Asus tablet with no problem so I know it works, but for some reason it never connects to their iPad. She has to click on it, click on it, find some obscure iPad icon and touch it, and after all that, it may or may not connect. That's the first problem. The second is much, much more serious - Sirago doesn't care. .Idiot "instructions" that came with the keyboard. They assume you already know everything there is to know about pairing, so they're basically just telling you how easy it is and all you have to do is pair it. Then the "support" page on the site is just offensive. No support. No FAQ, no detailed help, nothing. So my advice is to buy from a manufacturer that cares. And it's not Sirago.
