Made in China: Why? This watch company was founded in the USA way back in the 40's and has probably been producing some of the highest quality watches for decades. The fit and finish is very cheap by any measure, going so far as to print very uncomfortably large letters on the inside of a leather back; "Real Leather Porcelain". What does that even mean? The place where the carabiner goes is ridiculously flimsy and won't last long before wearing out, then what am I supposed to do with this thing, make my own leather case?! I would do this with a higher quality pocket watch from the start first next time. It would be a good gift for a high school freshman, but not a college grad, you know? This point definitely makes that statement true; You get what you pay for.
