For those of you with devices that use a Micro B cable (like my Samsung Note 3 which I only use as a home WiFi device) this is a sturdy, well made cable and the perfect length for connecting your devices in the car (which is why I bought it in the first place). Unfortunately, I didn't know what a "Micro B cable" was and didn't look closely at the end in the photo before ordering! The USB end is standard, but the other end is "split" and will not fit all Android devices that come with the familiar smaller single hole that is wider on one side and narrower on the other). I knew it wouldn't fit my new Android devices (S8 and ASUS ZenPad Z8s), but I planned to use them with the little "adapter" that came with these new devices so they could work with old cables can be charged. Of course not. Anyway, I'm again looking for a 1.5 inch cable for my car. I'm just gonna remind you These cables are good if they match your devices. Lesson learned.
