I went for a walk in these shoes and I really liked them. There are plenty of vents on the sides and the bottom of the shoe offers a more comfortable and breathable ride in warmer weather. I definitely want to get as much airflow as possible that these shoes offer. I love how they look and feel on my feet. I purchased SPD-SL cleats for my SPD-SL pedals and installation was an easy task as the shoes have a three cleat hole design. They also accept 2-hole cleats, making them flexible for different types of cleats. At first I wasn't sure if the 3-strap velcro shoes would work for me instead of the tried and true BOA Fit System dial, but it was a quick setup so I'm glad I tried them. I would like to see a stronger unitary tongue made of a stronger material as I had to adjust it to fit perfectly but then I didn't have to fiddle with it and it wasn't a problem. Overall a great cycling shoe and I look forward to many more rides in it!
