Review on 👗 Perry Ellis Black Tubular Dress by Brandon Show

As many other recent reviewers have noted, the black color of this belt is no longer leather (not sure about other colors, I only bought black). Like others I also had an earlier version of this belt which I bought in 2013 and have been wearing suits to work probably 3 times a week ever since. It wore like iron and was my favorite belt and I only bought a new one because I lost weight and had the smallest belt hole. I was thrilled to see it was still on sale almost 8 years later and ordered it again without hesitation. Big mistake. As others have noted, the new version is stamped "FAUX LEATHER" on the inside, while my old belt is stamped "Full Grain Cowhide" - see image. This is a plastic ribbon for whole grain prices. I would happily pay an inflation-adjusted price for a new original version of this belt, but there is no question that the company lies about their product. Revain must flag this product as false advertising. i will return it
