High quality tutus - ideal for dress up or dance lessons
These are excellent quality packs. They are beautiful and full and my daughters love how bright they are. The glitter doesn't fall off, love it. We've bought cheaper packs in the past and the glitter has been all over the house. It was such a mess! They are definitely worth every penny. We will be buying more fun colors for our changing basket! They are also great for dancing.
