I have children aged 3 1/2 and 6 1/2 who are tall for their age. I have a size large for my 3 year old and size XX for my 6 year old and they have enough room to move and fit over boots and they are good center and in the water they had a lot of fun and I was impressed that the pants didn't get them wet or dirty, great purchase.
