I have had pain in my wrist and thumb, self diagnosed with de Quervain's tenosynovitis, causing me to put off visiting a doctor until house arrest is lifted! It was a real help in supporting my thumb and wrist during my daily activities! I love that it has extra reinforcement in the wrist area, is stretchy, and is extra waterproof (for some of those jobs!). It sometimes feels a little "sticky" under the strap, but I find that applying some powder before dressing helps with that. I love that you get four in a pack, a lot in my opinion. I'm so glad I found her! They can help me get through until I can see a doctor or who knows, they can help me get to the point where I don't need to see a doctor since I've only been using them for four days and can notice one Difference!
