I really liked this flow cleaner, it works perfectly for me. But assembled CHEAP! The second time I used it, no more steam came out of the floor nozzle. I took it apart and saw that it was because I paid $140 to have them tie the pipe down. And cheap at the same time. It came loose and the hose was not connected. So I put this piece back together, I'm using it a few months later, like I said, I really liked it, and all of a sudden I hear popping noises and boiling water happens to me from all directions. Thank goodness the instinct was to cover my face with my hands! In the picture I have shown, the burns are 2nd degree, most are 3rd degree. That would be my face! After being discharged from the hospital, I inspect the steamer because I wanted to know why this happened. Wrong seal. All that money and I get a screed and caulk so cheap it melts! It's been almost 2 months since the incident and I still can't really use my left arm and have to keep it in a bandage and lidocaine is the only thing that saved me. This summer I never managed to swim in the pool with my girls. My arm is weak and the other one hurts so much because I have to use it for everything. So unacceptable and so unnecessary. I still can't believe how cheaply it was assembled and that it actually happened to me. I will have scars that I will remember for the rest of my life. don't let it be you Do not buy this brand!
