You get what you pay for.
Ordered for Easter because I had 2 boys who wanted ties but couldn't decide which shirt to wear. They are super silky. The one my 6 year old wore only lasted a day. They only have 4 seams on the back that hold them together. So you get what you pay for. They would probably last longer for an adult, and a more experienced person could probably fix them.
