Review on Portable Wearable Personal Enhanced Rechargeable by Holly Walker

I recently purchased this wearable fan for use around my home and kitchen during the warmer MONTHS. Through trial and error, I found that it works best for me when I clip it onto my shirt collar and set the speed to low. The rechargeable battery lasts for quite a while and the overall design is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy on the highest speed setting.
