Update: 1 year First impression, unpacked immediately Weighed 152g. It has a thin cushion with a textured surface. The mounting rails are 7mm wide and 9mm high and work great with my 2-bolt seatpost clamp. It should work with any top and bottom clamp. I didn't over tighten for fear of crushing the carbon fins, but they hold my weight and don't squeak like metal fins. The shape is flatter than my loading spoons and the embossed slot is a welcome change. It seems to support me more in my sit bones and less in my tender. The saddle I replaced with this one is the Prologo. I liked Prologo, but for a short time it seems to put more pressure on the center. I didn't get a chance to drive it, so check this box for a recap of the trip once Tropical Storm Gordon has subsided. Today it stopped raining and I rode on a new saddle. The first thing I noticed is that it fits really well. No crawling forward as you pedal, no constant repositioning to relieve pressure, no awkward pulling up for relief or pushing back to find a wider and more comfortable position. No bending over to the drops and no regrets, and not so much a pillow cutting off blood flow in my femoral artery, no pinched nerve, no scooting back into an uncomfortable position. It just works. My only complaint is the squeak, I'm sure it will work if I adjust the torque on the mounting bolts or add a fiber coupler. A big surprise to me was how much easier it was to get out of the saddle. When my legs wouldn't sleep due to lack of blood/oxygen or a pinched nerve. That might be the best $40 I've ever spent on a bike mod. Your mileage may vary, bike saddles are personal preferences. This is a very stiff saddle and I would have had a very different experience if I hadn't had padded cycling shorts. The saddle flexes a bit, which for me had a big impact on road vibrations and overall comfort. I can imagine that this saddle is completely unsuitable for a heavy rider. At my height and at 185 pounds plus an 11 pound backpack and gear, I'm probably closer to the rated load limit. If it ever breaks I will update. Otherwise I expect good service from this saddle. Update: 1 year later the saddle was still working great a few months ago but the middle was becoming more and more uncomfortable. The saddle appears to have buckled on the outer edges and the right side rail is torn. This was an amazing saddle for a year but now I'm trying to find something else. I could buy one of these every year, the price is right and I will definitely consider it. So I tried 3 other saddles and then bought this one again. I don't know if I like it that much or if I'm just used to it. Anyway, the Toseek is a good saddle and I'll probably buy another one and then another.
