Judging by the two star description, I didn't like it. It doesn't mean it's bad if the spray pattern works the way you want it to. It appears to be a well-made product, although in my opinion it's overpriced compared to some other brands (I'm currently using Ana Bath) that work just as well (but still don't have the spray pattern I want). My problem was that I really just wanted a full pattern (no 'hole in the middle'), handheld 'rain' shower head. From the picture it looks like it should. But the more subtle "Rain" mode only uses half the rays you see on your face. Dissapoints me. The other half of the jets are designed for "Air Rain" mode, but thinner ones are no longer used here either. This means that you only use half the nozzles in each mode. Not what was stated in the description here or on the Hansgrohe website. The only positive for me was the button as it's more comfortable for one handed use but I didn't even want to switch between modes, I just wanted to use the rain mode when it suits me.
