At first my wife was more of a fan of weighted blankets than I was. We tried separate blankets based on the weight recommendations. The separate blankets and sizes just did not work on a king size bed. The beads were always shifting and the blankets were on the floor by morning. Then we found this blanket which actually fits well on our king size bed with just enough overhand to keep it balanced out. We purchased the 88'x104' - 25LBS and it is fantastic. The weight is evenly distributed better than anything else we have tried. There is no shifting of beads, and it stays on the bed even when we shift around. In fact you cannot even feel the beads. Another plus is that it has a warm side and a cool side. It is very attractive and I doubt we will ever put a duvet on it. Never thought I would say it but I am sold on weighted blankets now. Both my wife and I get a good nights sleep now. We chose the 25 LB even though most weight charts said that we should have one at 15 LBS and one at 20 LBS. Because of the even weight distribution on this size blanket we determined the 25 LB would be just right and we were correct.
