Joossnwell experience was disappointing

I was eager to look through the extensive assortment of lighting options offered by Joossnwell as a customer. However, I had a very unsatisfactory encounter with their online store. The website was challenging to browse, and I found myself wasting a lot of time looking for particular products. The categories were poorly ordered, and the search feature was unreliable. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the caliber of the goods I got. I purchased a ceiling fan, but it was flimsy and made a loud, rattling sound when it was turned on. I couldn't use the vanity lamp I bought because the switch was broken. Customer service provided me with unhelpful and unprofessional answers when I contacted them. It took me several tries to get an answer, and when I did, I got the runaround and was transferred from one representative to another without having my problems resolved. The mailing procedure was also a nightmare. My order was poorly packaged and delivered much later than expected, which led to some of the goods being damaged. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality lighting items to purchase from Joossnwell. The goods are of low quality, the website is challenging to navigate, and the customer service is unhelpful. Avoid the hassle and purchase your lighting requirements somewhere else.
