I was amazed what this device say about you can body composition. I joked this machine gives out your horoscope. I took it to Australia and India to check the body composition of my friends and relatives. It was really amazing. The Visceral Fat Index is an indicator that surprised even me. A youngest and her husband, of different heights and weights, had the same visceral fat index. The same goes for my other sister and her husband. The same goes for my nephew and his wife. He's a lot taller and a lot heavier than his wife, but both have a visceral fat index of 8. The only conclusion is that you eat visceral fat. All of these couples ate the same food day after day.
