Yes, this stuff works. Even if I screwed up a little bit in the instructions a few times. Great quality starter and I love that you get a lot. (Even if you screw up, they provide you with plenty of capsules to try again.) I understand that you can save some kefir and reuse it later to make more, so you can technically continue to use it long after the supplied ones capsules. I would definitely buy from this company again. By the way, I accidentally made yogurt with it and it was delicious. Highly recommended, what a good deal.
