Use weekly for pain relief
I take a few Epsom salt baths weekly to help relieve pain from an autoimmune disease. There is noticeable pain relief when I stick to a regular schedule. Magnesium in Epsom salt is easily absorbed by the skin. I also use magnesium oil on non-bath days. My quality of life has greatly improved due to the reduction in pain and stiffness. Such a simple treatment with a big impact.
