I think it's good value for money; I've used it for winter hiking and like most gloves, unlike mittens, your fingers will eventually freeze. I used them for the finger function over mittens knowing it wouldn't be as warm. Long gauntlets that can be attached/tightened with a cord and hand straps make the glove very secure and waterproof. While wearing these gloves for many hours, I sometimes had to air my hands as they were sweaty but sometimes stayed cold. All in all a great price. Love the free ski mask that came with these gloves. It was very warm, perfectly protected the face and was comfortable. That alone is enough to buy these gloves.
