These aren't really compression shorts, more like regular boxer shorts. The material is good and they dry quickly - the washing instructions say not to dry them in the heat. The small bag didn't fit because my phone (iPhone XR) is too big for it. The only issue I had was that the belt would tip over every time you leaned forward. There are better alternatives for the same price.
