Working properly. Sits a little loose in the USB port, which is important to you. My issue with this cable is that it's advertised to make you think you've plugged it into your computer and radio, clicked download and that's it. It's not relevant. After some research and information from a very reliable source, I found out that a certain chip in this cable was tied to some sort of import ban or something, so it wasn't detected by the chirp. In turn there are a few steps you need to take to get it working with your Baofeng and good luck getting it working specifically for a newer radio than the UV5R. Not worth the trouble. Spend an extra $5 for the right chip so you don't have to go through the hassle or buy another cable.
