Works with MS Teams but otherwise not worth the price

I have Apple Airpods Pro which I love but they don't work with MS Teams which I use all day for work. So I bought them at full price (higher than the Airpods of the time) solely for work calls as they are the only MS Teams certified in-ear headphones available. The Jabra headphones connect to my computer (via the dongle) more or less constantly and don't drop calls. Sound and microphones are fine. And Jabra seems to have recently fixed an issue where I had to use the Jabra app to control the volume because my computer's buttons weren't working. That's all good I can say. On the other hand, I support everyone else's frustration: They're uncomfortable in my ears no matter what size pad I put in, they pop out randomly, they don't have a mute function, there's no sound transparency function. If I move more than 4 to 4 feet away from the computer, the audio cuts out. When I switch to other computer headphones or speakers, they have trouble connecting properly - sometimes I get the mic and not the speakers or vice versa. The charging case is the most frustrating piece of cheap plastic - the lid is oddly difficult to open and I think one day I'll break the hinge because it takes so much effort to open. Basically I leave them on my desk until their battery dies just to keep busy. They don't have the sophisticated features and nifty experience of Apple modules, but for almost $300 they manage to connect to MS Teams.
