First of all I'm not naive and I know that waxing still hurts! But I wish they would stop painless writing because it really hurts. The product is very cheap, warmer takes forever to do its job, difficult to clean and smells like burnt plastic. should be flavored but it's not at all like I mentioned earlier, it smells like I burned a plastic bag. The consistency of the wax was just like melted plastic not even kidding even when I tried to roll it just awful but the worst part was the wax doesn't even come off the skin in one piece, it breaks like flakes and it is hard to get her to take it off even if there is thick layer of wax and if it's not even bad then wait. WAX IS NOT RESISTANT TO HAIR! It takes about 8 hairs from the whole piece and I made the hairs on the legs long on purpose to make it easier and better, but no, this cheap thing doesn't even work, I already have it on my arms, stomach, face and tried the same results. I will refund this item in full as soon as possible!
