Great backrest for the money
After reading the reviews on this I was skeptical about ordering but went ahead anyway. Contrary to the reviews, I found it easy to assemble and install with the included hardware with no issues. I loosely assembled the part before aligning and tightening all of the bolts that attach to the bike, and then once those bolts were tight I tightened the rest of the brackets. No problems and it attaches securely to the bike.
