Herbs eh Skin Care best in Toner & Astringents

I don't notice any changes in my skin, the pores are getting smaller. There is also a warning not to be in direct sunlight for a week after application. So be a vampire? The smell is terrible. Smells of medicinal herbs. I'm still looking for a good foundation! Moisturizing enough for my skin, I have oily skin.
