If you ask me, all glasses should have a built in blue light blocking. Obviously they don't look expensive but they are good hard plastic and not cheap kids glasses. This is great when I'm on my computer or phone for long periods of time. I've never had a headache from wearing them and I bought this pack for the family because I borrowed a pair I got elsewhere for my brother and he found them very useful. He thought the ones in this pack fit better than my other pairs but to be honest as I sit here writing this it (this pack) is pinching my head a bit so maybe choose a different style if you have more head have . It comes with a good cleaning cloth. Each pair is individually wrapped, making them a worthy gift for a friend.
