This light reflector set is a great way to soften the harsh shadows in your product photography, especially if you use natural lighting from a window or outside. This set arrives with two reflector boards that fold like a book so they can stand independently. One side is foil (gold or silver) while the other is white, so you can use these with natural light or flash.The foil sides work very well with bright, natural light but they do change the color of the shadows on that side (golden or silver, depending on the color you use). Personally, I prefer using the white sides and since you receive two, you can direct your light into two different locations per shot, if you desire. You do need a stronger light to use the white sides and typically I find you need to move the reflector closer to your subject for a brighter result. However, it changes the harsh shadows and brights out a brighter and more prominent subject without the use of post processing.These boards are a fantastic investment, especially if you are using them for small subjects such as product photography. They are easy to use, portable and take your photography to another level without costing too much. I would definitely recommend these.
