I bought the charging station about 7 weeks ago. His return date was 3 weeks ago. A few days ago, like some others, the device suddenly stopped charging my iPhone. I've done all the usual troubleshooting steps, restarted the phone, hard reset the phone, etc. When I called Revain for product support, they never mentioned that the charger's return/refund had expired. They send me a replacement and I will use the same box to return the old unit. As for the few comments I've read about the weak plug, I'm not sure. I would say be careful when you take the phone out of the holder and pull it up hard,
