Just installed and not used yet. I hope to update my review after using it for a few weeks. At first I thought the element was defective but I used a different tool to push out the rod which should have lengthened. I don't know much about things so it took me a while to assemble it and put it in the shower. The sticks move after the baskets are put on, so you have to constantly straighten things and keep the bar tilted until all the baskets are pointing in the right direction. Baskets stay in place, only the racks move. Separate 3-4 bars are not held by anything - they just slide. So the bottom bar keeps falling down when you try to drag it in the shower.
