Description not clear. I needed an unlocked phone tablet and the description just said the calling feature might not be compatible with US carriers. I had no intention of using this device as a cell phone so I bought it. After receiving and opening the device, I found that it is not compatible with Verizon, my carrier, and the device cannot be returned unless damaged. This tablet is now wireless only and is of no use to me in the field as I can always find a place with free internet access to do research. Also, I have to pay for an additional line for my service until my contract expires because it costs more to cancel or buy another one that is Verizon compatible.
