I have small ears so it's hard to find headphones. I was glad they included different sizes of earbuds, but I needed something smaller. Works, no problem, but I can't wear it all day. Which isn't a big deal to me, but might affect someone who's been on the phone all day. As for my glasses, I have to maneuver a little at first, but once I get the earhook hooked in properly, it feels great. Again, I usually take it during the day, so I have a problem. If you've been wearing it all day, it shouldn't be a problem once you find the sweet spot. All in all, a great headset that makes my work in the office a lot easier.
