I've had this notebook for a week now. It is of good quality and was delivered quickly. That's why I often have cold hands because I put my hands on the table while I'm working (writing and working with the mouse). This is especially true when I work in a cold office (which I usually do). I put my keyboard right on top of this pillow and it keeps my hands warm. Because of this, it keeps my hands warm. I like three different heat levels. I usually start my day with the volume high, but it only lasts a minute or two and I have to turn it down to a low level. The "skin" is pleasant to the touch and enables pleasant working. The only caveat is that placing the mouse on the pad causes a slightly sticky motion in my mouse. It's not that big a problem. Not that I play at work (do I? :P). I can really recommend the mat to anyone who has cold hands.
