This bamboo charcoal works like magic! I used it in my most-used pair of shoes at night and the smell was gone by the next day. Not a trace of odor in my boots or in the coal sack. What I particularly like about this product is its size. The smaller pockets are perfect for my size 6 shoes which is great. But don't forget to wash your shoes! We glued the big ones to the ceiling of our litter box. Fresh poop still smells, but not as badly as it used to. I like it a lot because it's worth it. The only care is to put it in the sun. The charcoal becomes dormant after two years, so I plan to use it as fertilizer for our plants.
