Complete failure in months

These headphones are dead dead. I'm a tech savvy dad and have tried every combination of button presses, charging cables and RCA cables. After about 2 months, the headphones could no longer be switched on in Bluetooth mode. When I tried to connect them with an analog RCA cable, they made no sound either. I've searched the web for a secret handshake that would allow me to reboot the device, but I haven't found anything. I contacted the seller through Revain to ask for troubleshooting assistance and they just informed me that my return window has expired and have not responded. After my kids smashed some cheap headphones through broken plugs, I thought I might spend a few more. Dollars to get wireless banks with a user-replaceable cable. There was an error. Now I don't know whether to spend more or less money. avoid it They won't solve your problems. Even when they worked, they were clumsy. Bluetooth pairing was awkward. I was never able to pair it with my Windows 10 PC but luckily they paired with my Kindle Fire Kids tablet. My 5 year old had no problem figuring out how to use them but we found they needed charging every night. Maybe he left them on and they won't turn off when idle?
