Updated Review - I am currently increasing the launch count to 4. The dock works fine and now charges my MB Pro. Unfortunately, the process lacked instructions and customer support, making the process quite frustrating and a waste of time. I hope this encourages them to provide clearer instructions for users. When I first received my order I opened everything up and set it up by guessing because there are no instructions just a wiring diagram. I assumed the AC adapter was providing power to charge my computer, but I was wrong. The instructions could have helped to figure this out but instead I was told to use Revain support which was passed 30 minutes later to 3 people who were supposed to read my previous conversations only to end up doing nothing but me send new device. although I said that the company's tech support would likely fix the problem. The schematics in the manual leave a lot to be desired in terms of instructions and the picture is so small I had to take a picture with my phone to zoom in and see the port numbers. I commend them for numbering every port on the schematics, even as small as they are. I initially gave a 1 star review and then suddenly received instructions from Lasuney to use my Apple charger in the dock's power port. I did this and it started charging my laptop and is now holding a full charge. I give the device itself 4 stars, the customer service 3, the manual 3 and a total of 4 stars.
