Slimmer unit allowing more cabinet drawer space.
I love that the overall thickness of the hob is only 5.1cm from the bottom edge of the glass lid to the bottom of the appliance. This gave me more room for a downstairs closet drawer. It's actually 1 inch thinner than my old Thermador cooktop. It is not as convenient to clean as my old Thermador as there are more burner parts to assemble/disassemble. For this reason I could not give 5 stars. Bean
