
I have three devices for my family. I like the ability to have all the results in one place for comparison. We "compete" on who can do the most steps in a day to keep everyone motivated. For a while all devices lost the ability to connect to my iPhone 5s via bluetooth. I sent an email to the support link on the website. I have attached many details and screenshots explaining the problem. Within 48 hours I received a response that a fix would be released within 7-10 days. The big fix fixes the connection issue about 85% of the time. If the phone can't find the tracker, I completely reset the tracker while the phone searches and connects. I was pleased to see a response to a support request and to receive a bug fix.
