This is the first beard balm that has really softened my beard. I certainly have coarse, curly beard hair and after three days of use I noticed that my beard was actually softer and more like head hair. I've also noticed that my curly hair looks a bit straighter and wavier, and I think it's because of how moisturizing the balm is. The fragrance is not suitable for people who are sensitive to strong odors. It's a pleasant and very pleasant smell, but it's a bit overpowering. If they redesigned the formula to just reduce the intensity of the scent by 10-20% I think everyone would appreciate it. I haven't tried their other flavors but they might be a little softer than this one. If you want a softer beard, you must try this product. I'm more than satisfied with the results I got from using it. The quantity you get is great for the price too. PS Your shaving cream (green tube) is great too. In fact, this prompted me to try their other products. The two products I've tried have made me a new regular customer.
