The phone setup itself is well made, good quality overall. However, it has a critical design flaw that rendered it unusable and unable to securely hold the phone for what it was designed to do. Look at the picture, I tried to use it while holding the iPhone 12 pro max, it can fall off very easily if you touch it with your finger, the side of the phone is even screwed very tight, and it is pretty easy because you have to hold both sides to record a video. It would be better if you use a rubber phone case, it may cause more friction, may help a little, but I'm not sure if only this way can solve the problem completely. This is a design flaw in my opinion, it should have a bigger groove to keep the phone from slipping out, and it may need two screws on either side for better holding and better balancing of the phone.
