THE SCREEN WAS BROKEN TWICE.
The screen cracked on TWO separate occasions. I sent it back the first time because it was torn. The second screen came, cracked AGAIN and in even worse condition. Additionally, there is no indication anywhere on the packaging that the product is listed as FRAGILE. I needed this screen for a customer and now they have to wait another 2 weeks for their computer to be fixed. Disappointed with Revains' disregard for products in general.
