I wanted to love this bag SO much. I've looked at so many and love the style of this model and the fact that it converts from a backpack to a regular shoulder bag. The buckles and straps suck, the buckles hit right on the shoulders so it's very uncomfortable. The length of the strap is odd and so the price of keeping it from sagging is a constant struggle. The clips on the side got caught in the flap of the bag and ruined the flap, and then the last straw just ripped off one of the front buckles holding the flap. waste of money. only lasted 3 months. Don't waste money. Cheaply made and inconveniently made.
