I only give four stars because I find it difficult. I am an old lady who is no longer in my prime. I've also bought Bubba mugs, 4 actually, and each had a broken handle at the top of the handle. This mug is better insulated and the handle doesn't have the same stress on the top of the handle so I'm sure it won't break. It is made in China. I found this out by removing the tag that was over the tag indicating its provenance. The upper part lengthens, there is a separate "plug", one for drinking from a mug, the other independent, plugging the space for a straw. The plastic straw has an edge about 1/2 inch from the end that goes in the cup so it doesn't accidentally fall out during use. The straw stopper doesn't seem safe, but it's good enough to keep the inside cold for hours. Keeps my water cold at night. This will be a good repetition exercise. Well made, very solid construction. I particularly like the lavender color with the stainless steel insert. Hard plastic straw.
