I love that it's not just an online course but also live sessions for those who prefer face-to-face learning. The content is very well thought out with practical examples and exercises. There are many ways to learn at different levels so if one method isn't working there are others! It would be great if they could add more courses into their library as some topics aren't covered in depth yet - this makes them feel like only part of the solution rather than full service provider. Currently we're using it primarily for our team training needs however it has been useful for customer support meetings too. We've found it really helpful when trying to explain concepts to customers and getting feedback from people on how to improve processes.
