Me and a few other people noticed that we didn't get the ball pit. Revane insisted that I send the tent back instead of just sending the missing part. This will now be a belated birthday present. What I have noticed so far is that it is very thin. It is also not possible to put it back in the carrying case. Will be updated when they are correctly replaced. :( 6 years as a customer and never had a problem before. I finally have a baby and now her first birthday present doesn't exist. I'm devastated. Oh wait I bought this as a set and so far there are 200 balls and Room for them. Cool beans. Update: Contacted the seller about this and they said they would ask. Got the right product. It's very big. Where the pole goes in from the top I can't figure out how to either cold blooded thing to put away! So frustrating. Update: less than 18 months old and I will take it off soon. She still likes it but the ball pit is totally deformed. Here are the numerous holes in different tent types. Maybe it lies just because it's bigger now (you know, it all weighs 26 pounds), but the bars are punching out of place more.
