Longtime Fitbit user for 5+ years. The first watch was the Ionic, but the Inspire HR can be used in the pool. I've had many Ionics that have lasted 1.5 to 2 years each. Its worth it. I particularly like the workout and sleep indicators. Sense is not "smooth" for all users who need to migrate to Ionic. Biggest issues: The one-touch button is a nuisance, especially if you wear the watch on your left hand, Alexa tries to disrupt your experience at every turn, and your heart rate doesn't seem to be at its peak. If you monitor your heart rate during exercise, that's a problem. hey great Skin temperature monitoring. So what? It feels like the watch is made for Fitbit and not me.user. It's fine for those who believe, but in this case give it to me for free and I'll take all the hassle. I can't believe I'm saying this as a truly loyal user. I've switched many of my friends and family to Fitbit, but I wish I'd taken more time to look at Apple and Garmin products. I'll try a few more times, but if the heart rate doesn't work, it's a deal breaker. PS You had top notch customer service. Today I called and received a person who had absolutely no idea about Sense. He couldn't even tell me what should be in the settings menu. what happened guys
