Good product (but not for my shepherd)

I think this product is worth the money and works exactly as described in the product description. However, I have a very loud and determined German Shepherd who will bark whatever he sees fit. The collar initially helps her calm down, but as soon as she sees another dog or other visual or auditory stimuli, she barks through them. However, to be fair, we haven't maxed out static mode yet. I was hoping a little less would help. Once we've tried the highest settings I can offer a better view.
